To Login and Grace,
I don't really have any experience of being harassed by the same sex (Female), but I have a few friends who are not straight. I dont have much comments to solve. I think, we can just find a way to sue them, or to get the action from people with higher position than them. If still no use, well, like my boss (male). First, I tried to talk to him to stop, but it didn't help much. Then, I started contacting his fiancee, which you two might be able to find their lovers and ask for their cooperation to help to protect you.

Well, of course we can report to higher management position, CEO, probably, but if still useless,... Well, I quit my job. Resignation could be the final if u dont have the work agreement with them. If not, maybe you should some shield like some organization or media, announce and ask to be protected.

Just think about that. I hope you will all be able to solve the problem. However, I do hope you wouldn't look at all lesbians as bad people. Some of them are ok, but not all, jus like straight people, some are good and some are bad.

I too was a victom to not only one same sexual harrassment but my boss and two of her friends all sexually harrassed me during my employ. I finally went to the president of the company and he said he would deal with it which he never did then there was retaliation and I was demoted from HR manager and Accounting manager to just accounting. People talked and I did not get my raise I was promised, they started trying to find reasons to fire me. but I kept record of everything having an HR background I knew what I was up against, but I had no idea how to deal with a woman harrassing me. I hate to say this but having a man harrass a women is easier to deal with you expect it from a man???? hope not to offend anyone, but the same sex I am still dealing with this one and have been for 4 years it has ruined my marriage, my health is not well due to stress and I hate dealing with this issue. I did file a case and have great attorneys but re-living it is very upsetting to me. What can I do to get thru this and who can I talk to?

thanks for your help anyone....

sincerely,

[...] In my own situation, my former university has known for quite awhile about the female professor who has been stalking me, and they have done little to stop it, or make amends for the extensive damage she has done. (I cannot take a restraining order out on her because in my state, the stalker must have threatened you with physical harm first.) When Aaron complained of sexual harassment by his female coworkers, he was laughed at by his supervisor. When Logen complained of the lesbian who was harassing her, she was demoted. These stories are not unique. [...]
