I feel very isolated and alone
Monica, Midwest USA
My boss approached me asking if I was single, stating it was ok to mess around even if I was not. I dismissed his charges, and then was sanctioned twice for issues I had with the computer system, which were not my fault at work over the next two weeks. My boss refused to stand up for me, even though I had told him the computer problem, he stated that he could not remember me reporting a problem.
I have now reported this issue to the manager above my supervisor. I’m afraid of getting fired. I was forced to name witnesses of the incident, and they will be asked about it. I know that my supervisor is sleeping with several of my co-workers, and I am afraid that no one will believe me, or that my witnesses will not take my side. I feel very isolated and alone.

I know how that feels… not having any potential witnesses who want to take your side. On the other hand, it may be that if you can demonstrate they have a conflict of interest, this may help. If there’s any way to record everything that is going on, that would be even better.
