Sexual Harassment Stories and Experiences

     I went to work for a locally owned company in April of 2006. The owner of the company made “remarks” from the very, but I  liked my job and tried to ignore this.

     In October of 2006 he decided that he wanted to start going on  business trips with me.  That is when “it” started. 

     He came in my hotel room on the first trip and started touching me,  grabbing my breast, kissing on me…

     After that, the phone calls started–every night, every weekend.  He asked me out almost daily.  I wore myself out with the word “NO!”  It  didn’t work.

     I didn’t want to leave my job and had nobody to talk to about  him.  

     I finally contacted the EEOC in September of 2007 and left my job in October.  I have suffererd from this experience and hope that others do not have to go through this.
