The thing is that, I already made up my mind that I will quit. and to make me feel motivated into taking action and telling Human Resources and his boss ((because I know it's wrong, and I know it's disrespecting myself)). Until I do something about this, I know I'm not gonna feel comfortable with myself. And to be brutally honest, it's not right. I have the ALMOST the same thing happening to me. The thing is that, I already made up my mind that I will quit.
