But your harasser tells the supervisor that you were using a cell phone, and they fire you? Yeah, that's fair. I'm very sorry this happened. What's worse, the company's response makes no logical sense. Discrimination is illegal, and yet they didn't fire the guy for sexually harassing you and retaliating when you rejected him, which I am sure they have a policy against (every company does). Instead, they fire you for having a cell phone in your hand which wasn't even a cell phone and isn't illegal despite their no-cell phone policy.
