You don't share where you live and stalking laws vary as do the resources for dealing with it. Sadly, most stalking victims are pretty much on their own. It doesn't sound like you are in the U.S., so I don't know what to advise here except that you research stalking where you are and find out what are the recommended channels for dealing with it.
